Does anyone have a list of what relays does what in the engine fusebox? I can only find details on the fuse and not the relays. Chasing down a p0481 error and want to manually short the fan relay to make sure the power side is okay before chasing the control wire back to the euc.

thanks

On my 2006 x244, the cooling fan relays are designated inside the cover for the engine bay fusebox. The relay for cooling fan 1 is a red (30A) micro relay, and is designated as H AT 1 (should read HEAT 1). The relay for cooling fan 2 is larger (70A) and centrally located. Designation is HEAT 2. Your x250 could be different.

Alternatively the relay locations are shown on the appropriate eLearn wiring diagram. This does apply to the x250 version of eLearn.

fusebox cover just gives T01, T02 etc, nothing descriptive :(
Moot point now, as rooting around we found the ecu control wire to the fuse box had broken, just a quick solder job to fix, would still be useful to know what relay is what however.

I think the fusebox layout might have "morphed" a bit over the production, but the intial X250 layout and descriptions (specifically including relays) is in the "Fiat Ducato 1st_X250_Training Manual" which is downloadable in the download section of the forum (and is page 117 and on).
