Technical 2010 Side loading door adjustment

The side loading door on my L2 H2 van is really 'sticky' to open and close. Once it is rolling in the slider, it is very smooth, but to open it, you have to give it a real pull on the handle to start it off, and closing it needs a hefty slam! Is there a set way of adjusting the mechanism. I have had a play with the adjuster on the rear of the door, but I don't think it is much better. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I don't know about ajusting the sliding door, but it is much easier to open if after pulling handle you then pull out the rear door, mine then slides open easily.
I'm told that the handels break very easily, so I always pull mine from the rear first.

I had same issue. It's quite common I hear,
They replaced one of the rollers after being told not to use the door as it could fall off!!
It now opens easily
Although next week it's going in for service and other items, and they need to adjust again as each time I turn right the contacts break and unlocks the doors and door open warning comes on!
Bottom roller has loads of lateral play too!
