Technical 2002 Ducato heater controls - where can I find replacement parts?

Hi all, I have a Hymer motorhome that is based on a 2002 Ducato chassis. The control on the heater panel for directing the air flow has stopped working and I suspect that the cable has broken off the back of the dial (which is a common problem from what I have read).

Fiat are telling me that the part number is 46721915 but it's no longer available. Other than trawling ebay and breakers yards, does anyone know where I can get one from or has anyone found a similar part that does the same job if that makes sense?

Sorry too hear that, saw them on facebbok, their pic had loads of vans/ducatos, maybe just a library pic. hate it when they say 'all parts for all vans'. my arse!
