2000 115 good value?

I am looking for a mk2 HLX and have seen a black V reg 115 with 46k at a car supermarket for £4999. So long as the car works fine and has everything (red keys etc.), does this sound good value?

Sounds a bit steep to me, T plate HGTs are going from about £5500. Saw a nice one for sale near work for £7000 with only 30kmiles, was mint.
Shop around, most car supermarkets like carland are pretty pricey.

There is a HGT up for sale at a garage where I live for £5000 R-plate red with 34,000 miles looks to be in good condition too.
