ill start of with the pink sei i was browsing to see how it would look on 40mm lowring springs and i came across this

oki onto my question 1.1 sei engine wat can i do to it i do have a induction kit but it needs new piping and i was also thinking of getting it chipped...gd bad any other ideas?

because i didnt fit any parts on my old sei my new one will be in the driveway next month getting upgraded brake pads,braided hose pipes, and new black diamond grooved and drilled disk and upgraded clutch
40mm springs all around(or do you think i should go lower)
with upgraded bushes/mounts, upgraded igntion leads and bulbs uprated

this just leaves alloys, sports exhausts, seats/harneses and speakers (car being stripped out as before)

body work i was gonna do the rally theme but latly iv seen so many rally themed cars so gonna keep it red and standard....

As said before, go 40mm drop, shortened shocks too

id also reccomend a mcrich chip and a p75 cam

for induction, you need a bob to run the piping from, the one off the 899 will do. measure the sizes from the bob for the hoses and elbow

hmm oki i looked it up on the p 75 cam and stuff i think ill leave it to large a job for some one like me and iv asked my dads mate and hes not soo keen, so i think ill colour code every thing

The bit( a cap) that sits on the throttle body where all the induction piping connects to.

either get the GSR kit or the focus kit.

Both proven to have gain over standard systems. But the GSR is better on thr roller, but you do pay a higher price for it. For the price, the focus induction kit is unbeatable.

Rite now i have complete front brake set up, pads hoses ect ect

uprated bulbs, back box that im unsure about, part of induction kit but no pipeing, uprated igntion leads, new clutch plate as old yin was bent in gillians car new brake cable, and new bushes/mounts for sus and exhaust, new spark plugs and battery.....nothing has been fitted because the guy me and gillian get to fix the cars is under the thumb by his new gf lol or hes either in the god dam pub

I also have other parts order such as speakers and new head unit,
If colin will do the engine work ill order induction kit and stuff, im just really unsure about engine and lowering i love cars with the arse slammed but when i read about how u need certian alloy sizes i start to panik...basicly i want a nice sounding sei thats slammed i dont care about power or speed just looks and handling....

ok, rather than asking the same questions over and over again, please use the search function and see what the answer was last time you asked. all that was said about the 899 suspension etc applies to the 1.1 aswell.

if anythings not clear, by all means, we'll clarify it.

but please read old posts first and take a note of any relevant information

Look you looking for a low handling car, i will say this one last time!

40mm lowering kits (for sporting) including shocks and springs

Negative camber bolts (get Mk1 clio cambers bolts from venom, it is the same for the cinq/sei)

Hopefully you have poly poweflex Rear bushes get these fitted! They will be great.

I'd stick to 13" wheels so you get the raw accelation.

Brakes, you would want Uno turbo brakes if you stick with 13", or Punto GT brakes but you must use 14" wheels. But keeping it standard will also be fine . Then just service it regualrly, you will be fine for now.

If Mrcento is selling his GSR, then just wait for that. It is the best kit outthere for the cinq.

If you don't fancy brakes upgrade, the standard stuff will be fine too .

ok, it'll more than likley be MPI 1.1 then, my GSR is for SPI 1.1, so it wont be any use
