Cab Heater is leaking after a new radiator fit, the old radiator was leaking so guess the system was not that pressurised?, do you think by installing a new radiator it has pressurised and found a way out via the heater? You can see from the picture where the leak is coming from. Is it a big job to get to back where the hose connects to the blowers to check for leaks? Just removed the front cover to see if there is anything I can see but looks like the problem is hidden in the back of the unit.

Appears that you heater matrix has corroded and now leaks , the whole assembly has to be removed , plan a day to do it and be carefull of the many plastic parts which can easily break due to becoming brittle with old age .

There are several posts describing the procedure on the forum , when the matrix is out buy the best quality replacement [ beware as there are several variants ] available as you do not want to do this job again !!!!

Good luck .

Yep I know, I've just taken it out and its corroded, picking up replacement today and have the job of putting it all back together again :p

I had a leak on the short pipe from the control valve to the matrix. Given how big a job it is to get at it, it might pay to replace as much as you can, (I did the matrix, valve and both the hoses)
Regards
