Hi guys!!!
Well, I'm sorry if it is not this way how I should post this but as a newbie I'm starting to learn!! lol
Here I am to show you another job that I've done this time the my dad's car.. Well in case your not familiar with this car this is a Fiat Uno 45S from 1992 and it has 999cm3 and 45CV's..
With it's 20 years on the clock the paint-job already showed signs of time.. signs like rust, dent's and scratches.. well, the usual for a car this old.
Nevertheless this treatment began the day I was preparing my girlfriend Corsa for inspection or what you guys call as MOT. As I was washing it I've noticed that the Uno was piling up a huge amount of dust due to going to the beach almost everyday and by seeing water only when it rained!!
Now, some pictures before going to wash..

I started by pre-washing it using Valet-Pro "PH Neutral Snow-Foam" via pump sprayer.

Meanwhile in the "rims" also known as wheel caps :) and due to never been cleaned properly it were filled with brake dust. So, I've used Dodo Juice "Mellow Yellow" scrubbing it properly with a small brush in the hard bits.

It's very clear the cleaning power and the amount of dirt it wash removing!!

To complete this stage the car finally washed using a noodle-mitt and "Born To Be Mild" from Dodo Juice. (Unfortunately and due to having my hands all wet and not having a helping hand there are no pics of this stage)
So, on with the car already washed and dried with the help of the Supernatural Drying Towel..

Since the clock was passing lunch time and my stomach was complaining about it I've went home and snacked!! By the end of the day and with the Sun still shinning I've tooked the liberty to go head and polish the car in order to restore some glamour to this Oldie.
Masked all the plastics with the help of my Dad, AKA: Car Owner :D and after arming myself with the DA and a orange pad from Flexipad in one hand and Menzerna Fast Gloss in the other started polishing.

Kind of a 50/50 shot (looks like it's missing me some photo lessons or a better camera to help me photograph what I want) lol
In these 2 pics the correction is at left..

And in these to the right..

Then like every time the cord of the machine never seem to be enough :) I pushed the car out of the garage in order to deal with the trunk and rear panels.

By then I've started preparing for another wash which would remove polishing dust and residues, leaving the car looking like this.

On the next day using a red pad also from Flexipads and Lime Prime I made the finishing stage which gave a distinctly bright white. To conclude I've waxed the car with my "Home Brew Wax" from Dodo Juice giving the car a superb shine and mirror like effect.
Some pics of the wax curing on the paint..

Then by this time my eyes got to the pale and fadded bumpers, review mirrors and plastic trims all over the car. So, I thought it would be a great occasion to make an ultimate test to Valet-Pro "Yellow Bumper".
I'll leave you with the pictures but for me it was an outstanding improvement!!

Meanwhile and since Fiat Uno's have quite a small rim but a tire profile quite big Meguiar's Gold Class Endurance Tire Gel stepped in to make it magic on the tires.

So, on with the final pictures..

Well, I hope you liked this work because this car meant a lot to me and feel free to comment!!

Cheers to you all Fiat Owners!!

That really is detailing!

Top effort - it's great to see an Uno getting Ferrari treatment, an inspiration to us all.

The shine on that white paint is amazing!
And I like how black you got the bumpers too.

Since you have the wheel covers so clean, it might be a good time to give them a coat of silver wheel paint from a spray can? I like the sight of crisp wheel covers (rather than kerbed alloys) ;)
