Tuning 185/45 R15 on Seicento S clearance issues?

Hi guys,

I've got some 6Jx15 wheels with 38mm offset and I'm thinking of putting 185/45 tyres on but already the rim on it's own is very close to the shock so before I spend money on tyres, has anyone tried this setup before and, if so, what issues did you have and were you able to solve them?

I've got 7x15 et37 with 195/45/15 tyres. They fit on the front but rims hit the arms on the back. Made some 25mm spacers all round to fill out the arch kit
