Hi guys,

Well I've just come by these nice looking (imo!) 17" alloys, I'm told they would fit and I have done as much research as possible with the knowledge I was given. But I'm not very good at understanding the full deal when it comes to alloys (PCD, offset, etc...)

So, looking at these two webpages would I be able to fit them to my mk2 punto?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120144275707
and...
http://wolfrace-alloy-wheels.co.uk/wolfrace/content/view/120/136/

Any help would be appreciated!
Antony

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I did say a mk2 punto, didn't mention the year because I didn't think it'd be relevant. If it does, it's a 2003.
I appreciate that this question has probably been posted a thousand times on here and for that I am sorry, but I couldn't find a thread specific to what I'm after.

I found a website that say's the Wolfrace Triad's fit Punto 99> so I'm gonna take that in good graces and assume they fit.
I think the ET is 100, would that be a problem?

Thanks in advance,
Antony

3 or 5 door? lots people have problems with 17s on a 5 door, 16v or 8v? 17 can slow an 8v down a lot.
you will find sites that say the Wolfrace Triad's fit Punto 99> thats only if they are bought with a puntos offset, when you buy new wheels you can ask for any offset you like

Hi, it's a 3 door. It's an 8v but then I really don't go speed at all. I'm sure if it pisses me off enough I'll get rid of them but for now we'll see.
Is there anything else I'd need? Like what are those spigot rings?

Thanks for the reply!

the spigot rings make the hole in middle of wheel the right size, you must have this the right size when using wobbly bolts.
you need an off set (et)of 33mm

best to have a pcd of 98mm then you use normal alloy wheel bolts.
you can use 100 pcd but need wobbly bolts
