Technical 124 spider SWAP ECU issue

Hello,

I got a new ECU for my abarth 124 spider because the old one corrupted ( i did a mistake ).

I installed the new ECU fine, ( it's same SW, same HW, same part number as the old one ), but the car doesn't start. When i turn ignition on, the engine light is flashing for about 3-4 seconds then it does nothing.

The Button on Start/Stop stays Orange but before i turn ignition on, is green.

The ECU is NEW, wasnt used.

Im sure there should be a process or a combination to press to start the car but i dont know what it is.

Any idea?

That will be the quickest way. Can you take it to the dealer who supplied the new ECU?

I’m assuming you are referring to the BCM? It needs to be coded to the car. Not sure if MES can do this!
