General 124 CC - Coolant Flush

Hi,

I know there are quite a few methods around to bleed the coolant system on a spider, however I haven't really found anything that tells me how to do it on my 124 with a block mounted thermo i.e. not in-line.

Can anybody tell me how I should fill and bleed this type of coolant system. All the schematics I've seen thus far don't seem to match my setup.
