Technical 1.9jtd squeak on tickover

I have a squeak which I cant find, I can't hear it outside the car, its for sure not the engine, and its slightly worse when the car is cold. Only at tickover, take the car up to 1000 rpm and the squeak's gone. Sounds like its coming from behind the glove box, or passenger side front footwell. I guess its an engine mount or something, but all appear OK and I can find the squeak, even with the car up on ramps on tickover there is no squeak underneath, but get back in and you can hear it.
Any ideas ?

I think you have the same problem as it´s posted in the first sticky...
We are waiting photos or an explanation of where to put the "magic rubber"...

It's weird how quite a few examples of JTDs are doing this now. Would be interesting to know the ages/mileages of the cars concerned, see if there's any similarities.

Mines a Sept 2004 '54' plate JTD Dynamic (3 door) with 54,000 on the clock. Has been making this irritating noise from cold since i got it at 50,000.

It's more irritating coz the car would be impressively quiet at idle if it were'nt for this racket it makes! :bang:

Mine is a 04 Multiwagon 115BHP, left hand drive.... (I´m spanish...)
When it was around 100.000 Km it began to rattle at idle sometimes, the most of times when you were stopped at a traffic light. I swapped several engine silent blocks (the only one I didn´t was the one under the battery box), but the rattle didn´t disappear. The good thing was that the vibration coming from engine were lower, you could at least hold the steering wheel without feeling that your hands were gone to sleep.
Today, every time when the motor is at idle, you can hear the rattle coming from the engine, from some part behind the throttle pedal...

We should try the gearbox mountings...
