1.9jtd Fiat Doblo

Hi new to the fiat forum/i have a 1.9jtd fiat doblo (taxi) its just gone through its annual taxi test,no problems until i discovered oil patch on my drive,went to local garage who have said the oil is on the turbo pipe leaking/they said it could need replaced but very dubious prognosis saying that from just a visual,was thinking about booking it into Fiat dealers for them to have a look .Is this the answer or anyone got an alternative for me cheers.
