1.9 mjtd doblo Diesel Filter

Hi yet another new member, does anyone have any idea how much a diesel filter would be from a fiat dealer,I tried my local parts shop and they said there was only 1 type that they supply, and it turned out to be the wrong one.
My filter has what looks like a heater element in the base.
Any help is very much welcomed.
