Technical 1.9 JTD Tappet clearance?

Spent ages googling but can't find a answer, my search fu must be weak. Any one no the clearances for the JTD tappets and how to identify inlet and exhaust ones?

Inlet 0.30mm +/- 0.05mm. (cold)

Exhaust 0.35mm +/- 0.05mm (cold)

Inlet valves line up with the inlet ports on the inlet manifold.
Exhaust valves line up with the exhaust ports on the exhaust manifold.

You'll need tools like these to lever the valve down and to hold it down while extracting the shims.

Thank you, hoping they won't need adjustment, but do want to check them. Where did you get the tools from and what do I need to search for?

Top one for levering the valve down is a bent bicycle tyre lever.

Bottom one to hold the valve and bucket down is Fiat part number 1860724001. Current price about £25 from Fiat.
