Technical 1.3L uno turbo engine needs NEW oil ....what you recomend ?

I have a Uno Turbo 1.3L (1284cmc) , made in 1987 with 120 000 km. recently i changed the seals and and i need to put new oil inside. What would be the best oil for my turbo engine ? please answer like: Brand synth-semisynth numberW-number . THANK YOU ALL !
