1.2 Allen key size for sump plug

Simple question,

What is the size of the Hex Allen key that is required to undue the sump plug for a 1.2 80 sx forza bravo.

Do I really need a new seal (if my car has one)

that will be a 12mm, I have a sump plug tool with 10 and 12 mm. As regard to a new sealing washer. I always put a bit of jointing compound on whenever i draind sump. I never used a new washer
