1.2 alarm?

Just a quick question, did all Bravas have alarms on them, i've just looked at one and when you locked on the remote locking it didn't beep or flash its indicators, is this right or is something missing? Also just to double check they all had red keys didn't they? This if a 2001 Y.

I have an 80sx 51reg and it does'nt have an alarm.
It has got central locking and an immobiliser.
