Hello all,
I had started a project to fool the lightwarning system when using LED bulbs, but with a circuit, so the lightwarning system will still be functional. Now te test what lights where on the canbus, I fitted some LED bulbs to test.
When using LED bulbs for the indicators in both rearclusters, I got the warning, but the LED bulbs where working proberly in the right tempo (only the dash indicators where flashing faster).
But when I fitted LED bulbs for the brake lights in both clusters, I got the warning, but both brake lights won't lit up.
Is the car shutting down the power to a light when it is faulty or when, in this case, both lights are "faulty" (because LED)?
