Hi,

My 2003 Stilo JTD is out of warenty and has just about 60k on the clock.

Its developed a drip into the drivers footwell.

After pulling off the plastic cover to the left of the drivers footwell I can see that it only drips when the aircon is on.

The water is cold and the aircon works. But I've decided to stop using it untill its sorted as I don't fancy a water leak.

Does anyone know where I can buy a Haynes manual or something as I can't seem to find one.

Or better yet does anyone know what it might be or a fix.

Thankfully it does not sound that severe, mines a drip not a soaking.

I thinking something is slighlty loose in mine, but I need some sort of manual or plan of the car to have a go at opening it up.

had that on the wifes ford ka , the aircon drain under the car was blocked took it to local garage and they blew up it with an airline to try n move blockage and when they did water came out like someone had turned a tap on . not sure where drain is on a stilo , but im sure all the top people on here will be able to help
