Just Got A Set Of Apex Springs From Euro Performance.
Outside Of Box Number Was 30-3510, Springs Number 30-3100.
Spoke To Them Andthey Said They Would Be Ok.
Fitted Them, Totally Wrong!!!
Front Was On The Deck, Rear No Difference.
Drove The Car - Totally C..p.
You Guys Agree That They Have Given Me The Wrong Springs.
Going To Do Some Shouting At Them On Monday!!!!

What year/model Stilo you got?

Right, I went through something similar very recently. The Stilo went through some kind of facelift in 04. I believe it included a change to the springs/mounts. I was sent Eibach springs for a pre 04 and they were completely wrong. I told europerformance everything about the model/year and yes, just like your experience, they said yes they will fit. I went beserk and made them deliver a new set and pick up the wrong ones at the same time. They agreed.

I spoke to a lad there called Josh, he should be aware of the changes with the year so I suggest speaking to him. Sounds like you got 04 springs???

Just looking in Apex Catalgogue - 30-3510 are the right ones for your car possibly ; can't see any reference to 30-3100 for ANY FIAT

Once again Europerformance has got it wrong I have to say It doent give me any confidence that any of these people can get it right the first time

Got my black diamond discs and pads correct first time. Maybe they just can't deal with these new fangled Stilos?

You may be right there Rob something is certainly amiss when they cant read a cataloge properly thank god they are not brain surgeons we in the stilo section would be walking around like a load of zombies

just checked the apex springs, they are actually for the 1.6exc 5door!!!! part number - 30-3500. not 3100 as i thought. Still the wrong bloody ones for my car, maybe they should have opened the box to check, not just say "yeh i'm sure they'll be ok" Stern words will be had on monday. Aagh i'm so annoyed

Tell them you have been charged labour for fitting of incorrect springs, you should get a discount on the next set, has to be worth a shot.

Typical. Once again Jonny public loses out

Still getting mucked about with euro performance. Been away paragliding for the week so asked them to send out the correct springs. Wouldn't do it until i returned the wrong ones at the same time, thought i might keep them!
What good are the wrong springs to me????
back to standard springs at the mo.
Hopeefully i can arrange a swap next week.

Bad luck that, It's probably Apex who are against sending replacements out without getting the others back. I was able to speak to Eibach direct and they did everything to put things right.

Have to take notice that europerformance messed up again, can't say I would trust their service again.

Certainly won't be using them again.
Is it really that difficult to send out the right item in the right box.
Not very good business practise!!!!

Finally got a result with regards the springs, have now got new front ones only.
Was told by Josh that apex said rear ones are ok.
any good advice would be much appreciated, don't want to fit them all again only to find that the rear ones are still wrong.
I'm close to just leaving the standard ones on!!!!!
