Hi Stilo owners!!!
This is my first Post, and yes I am another Airbag victim  .
I was thinking of making a post on all the solutions that have worked for the passenger seat. I have been researching many forums all over and everyone has their own trick, and if we can name them all here, hopefully it will save up time for those who need some directions desperately, just like me  .
I have gotten rid of my error by taking out the mat and placing it upside down, but yet this solved the problem for about 2 months. Bigest problem seems to be the connectors but for me it was the mat. It seems to be sinking in to the seats foam and making a little bend and with any bend it will throw the error :bang: . I say that because when the error showed up first after my "repair" it wasnt constant. From time to time it will show up and after few weeks of this it stayed ON till now.

Guys on this forum seem to solve it by strengthening the sensor mat by gluing a piece of cardboard on it, so the mat is prevented of sinking in to the foam or bending in any way. This is going to be my next try, and hopefully im gonna get it done tomorrow.

Question: Do i have to disconnect the battery for at least 1h before i can chect if the error is gone as i read it will reset the ECU thus the error code will be forgoten by the ECU, or can i just check right away?

Thanks a million in advance. :slayer:
