Has anyone found a reasonable source for the catalytic converter
for the 1.8 Stilo.

The flange that joins onto the flexible pipe has cracked away
on the cat end so there is no gas tight fit. Seems like a new
one is Fiat only and prices range from £1200 - £1500.
thats as much as the car
cost me 4 years ago.

I'm looking for some one to weld it back on at present
around the Crewe Stoke-on-Trent area.

mine did that, i went to any old exhaust spot and bought a new flexi... they just welded it on job done. crack sorted

Just get it rewelded, £40 tops.

Price for welding £150.00

Mig welder recovered from back of garage not a pretty sight
weld but held in 3 places and it isn't blowing.

_few hours work but £00.00
