Hi - just had quick read about misshaped flywheels in the forums - could it cause lumpy idle (very slight) and the car to lurch a little in first gear in traffic?

As I understand it, it's more to do with mis-alignment of the clutch assembly rather than the actual flywheel being out of balance.

It that's the case then you'll most likely notice a problem when changing gear - especially at low revs :chin:
 
to be honest, a lumpy idle and lurching was caused by a dirty throttle body inlet on mine, made the car nearly Kangaroo in first, have a look at throttle body clean out guide in the guides section up top!

you will find at tickover your most probably getting it float between 650-800rpm and never settles,
