Well ive got some extra cable lying round and have been reading about earthing the car better... went and had a look at the car a minute ago but its a pain in the arse with the lack of space :bang

Ive taken a few pictures of places i think might be alright for adding the extra earths. what do you guys think..

firstly the engine; not to sure on this one as it is where the coolant pipe is connected im guessing this will earth the engine block.

Ive connected a connector there to see how it fits theres is loads of room just not sure on the heat. ( that silver thing is the connector)

Next was the the ecu and throttle body what do you think to connecting it the top right fixing point for the ecu, do yo u think it will earth the throttle body etc...

the chasis i have two places in mind, first is directly next to the battery box and the second is behind the Ecu behind some sound proofing.

well im at the moment making up three wires, gonna give it a bash... :)

can not make it to the gear box at the moment, cause im being lazy and can not be bothered to remove stuff to find a mounting point. will have to wait till i get my induction kit sorted some time in may (y)(y) ( so thing at the crowd to have a look at when im there ... (y))

done.. well ive made up three lengths ready to put in tomorrow fingers crossed depending on the weather. :rolleyes:

they look like cut lengths of 4 gauge with crimped and heatshrinked terminals ;)

correct me if im wrong shaun.

and a huge pat on the back for doing it. i really need to get my **** into gear! lol
