Technical Sky Roof Problem

Hello i am a newbie from Turkey..I have a 2004 yellow stilo 3d dynamic with 17' alloys and sky roof..But after i had my car washed ( the weather was so cold) the roof froze..after i tried to open its first flap it opened but didn't closed..when i try to close it again, all the flaps moved but the first flap didnt let them to complete the action..i poured some boiled water in a warm garage but it didnt helped also..after many tries i helped the roof with a little pressure with my hands and it closed eventually..the roof contiunes to work but the first flap cannot be closed without my help.. i am really annoyed and waiting for your comments..thanks a lot..

coule be possible that closing it with force has snapped a joint in t at the front part.

have you had a look at it in close up detail?

i didnt forced it till the end..but also you know there is a squeezing security system in the roof..when it encounters a opposite force it opens itself like windows does..my roof was acting like that..i have looked to the plastic connecting parts they didnt seem wierd or snapped..thanks a lot indeed..

the motor cuts out via current sensing.have you tried holding button in to over ride the system (reset) or you can close it by manual winder.

i think i will try that and if i cant success, it can be mechanical problem instead of electronical problem..i will take it to the service..
