Looking for some advice please.

I've not long bought an 03 plate JTD Stilo and ever since getting it home from a private sale its given a Preheat Fault on the dash display.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've done some searching on here and it appears to be either the control unit, a glowplug (or two), or a blade fuse.

What is it most likely to be and how can I identify the culprit myself?

I suppose the easiest thing to inspect first would be this fuse, so could anyone tell me exactly where to find it please?
