Hey, I'm looking for a new sat nav, looking for a Tom Tom as I like them, easy to use etc.

Got around £150 to spend, only need it for the UK, so think that will be cheaper? Also looking for something to tell me about speed cameras if possible.

Thanks :)

Hi

Go for a TomTom more easily usable, i had a TomTom go 300 which was good but bulky, then sold it and got navman s30 (didnt like it at all, couldnt avoid part of your route easily or avoids motorways easily either) sold that, and now using TomTom One v3, which is great and will not swap ever again.

I have the Navman F20 - very easy to use and like just about all models has speed camera warnings.
The F10 can be had for £54 (about half what a TomTom One UK costs) and has much the same functionality. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/136560

If you must go TomTom then try totalpda for a refurb unit which is practically new and costs less than a brand new one on the high street by some margin.

Thanks for the replies :)

Finally got some money together, once my cheque is cleared going to buy one. Seen a couple I like the look of in Tesco lately, which is good as I can use my discount

Decided to go for the Tom Tom XL V2 Classic, £140, plus 10% discount (got it from Tesco), so £125.98 total, plus an extra 1000 clubcard points, which I think it worth £10 instore, or £40 for days out.
