Hello, I own a Fiat Ritmo 85 Comfort 1984.The problem is that the speedo doesn´t work.Unfortunately itś electronic,and not wire driven.And spareparts is not get hold of. Does anyone have a sugestion what to do instead?Does any other Fiat model have components that might work instead?Or exist extra speedos to modify?Sugestions is greatfully recieved.

It's probably the pulse generator (speedo sensor) on the gearbox.

Thanks for reply,so it`s either the pulse regulator(speedo thing at gearbox) or bad/moisted electrics. Itś worth to try. Just a question out of curiousity;supose I need a "new" pulse regulator:does these still exist?And where?Where I live itś impossible to get.

Pulse generator fit into the gearbox I believe, should be fairly easy to come by because suspect engine / gearbox was quite common for Fiat.
