My FIAT badge on my tailgate has started to fade and I was considering painting it black and red to match my car. Just wondering the easiest way to remove it and then replace it without making a mess of my car? Also what is the best paint to use for it? Its a mark 1 red punto, cheers in advance

Sayin that.. i'e got things in mind.. I'm deciding which to do.. (I have a black punto mk1)

Im thinking either spray the badges black. or change them over with the Chrome Newer badges.. You might think of doing this too.. Any advise anyone?

Colour-coded badges are the way forward!

The badges are stuck on with double sided tape, theres a hole underneath them that the badges centre into.

black punto.. what colour badge? everything i got is black..

ive done my badges black or they was till the paint faded . i have a red car would it look good if i had a red background with the chrome lettering or would it look bad wot would you all suggest

I de badged the back of mine and the front has the standard blue fiat and mine looks mint so id go with the colour if the car fella!

ive colour coded the front and back badges on mine the same colour as my car they look loads better

OR!
Get a new badge from a newwer Punto IE one like mine and put it on the front! but ty and get a red back ground one if you can!
De badge the back and smoth it out! i think that would like nice! the smoth your doors and get the mirror bottom to open them! thats whats in the pipe line for me! well i dont the badge part anyways lol

Well.. I aint got enough cash yet to smooth boot etc.. so ima just paint the badge black . But soon, im gettin a job with Dixons Garage (I hope) itnerview on monday. maybe i get to know some mechanics... would be handy
