does anyone know where the heater resistor is on a fiat punto, any pictures?

My heater is has not been working on 1,2,3 for a wee while but mostly worked on 4 only very occassionally did it give up the ghost on 4 as well. I am aware of all the problems with the resistor pack and know that this is a possibility. But disaster struck today on setting 4 it gave up, I checked the fuse which was blowen, replaced and it blew again. Has anyone came across the same symptoms? Is it deffo the resistor? where is it? Is ther anything else it could be?
Its too cold to go without heat

I'm having very simalar problem with mine at the moment had all the dash and seats out today and still don't no what it is..!!

Have you changed the resistor and it didnt fix the problem? Was going to take to auto electrician but thought it would be not too difficult

Yeah tried that and still not working.. Must admit it has been a nightmare today trying to get everything sorted to get to the heater control unit to see if that's the problem!
