Technical noise and vibration

hi, ive had my 60sx punto mk1 now for 1.5yrs and its been nothing but trouble for me. ive done the head gasket, had a flat battery alot(dunno why but never looked into why, alternator works fine), broken down on middle of m4 in middle lane- timing skipped.

and now i have another serious problem, the car sounds like something is scraping constantly and worsens when the clutch pedal is depressed, the clutch pedal vibrates alot both when depressed and not depressed.
however it goes into gear fine apart from reverse where it crunches, doesnt slip, and there have been no other noticable problems at the moment.

so i was just wondering if someone could enlighten me on what this could be this time??

sound like the clutch bearings on it's way out.. have a garage take a look now. because if left you could end up paying for a new clutch and gearbox..
