ime thinking of getting some lowering springs for my mk2 punto to drop it around 40mm, and was wondering if anyone could recomend any to me? also ime gunna be getting me ecoteh valve through shortly so if anyone has any tips for fitting it would be apreciated

Sachs Boge do a great aftermarket spring that will take you down 40mm (max). Ask for them at a decent motor factor.

you get fittin insructions with the valve,but my advice in fittin it is....dont bother...there are totally crap a waste of 50quid and do nothing at all apart from make your car sound like its drinking through a straw.

I put in a set of Eibach springs 35mm drop and these are great. Ride is still very good...better than standard and springs are very good quality.
