Well im just wondering what's a good spray to get these black again,my wing mirro's,handles and every bit of my trim has faded massivly in colour,i bought a original black spray can from kwik fit for about 10pounds and it ran straight off in the rain,i put a good few layers on too.dam my welsh weather!

Hi mate,

I use autglym bumper care which works quite well. Another way is to heat it with a heat gun. The heat gun option will last longer. I usually give mine a going over with a heat gun once an year and then put bumper care on it after and everytime i was the car to keep them looking good all year. As you said, the spray stuff is normally pretty rubbish and comes off when it rains. Some people even use peanut butter or baby oil!

Hope that halps,
Alan
