Hi just got a new Evo sporting in progressive black with the panoramic glass roof, I finally got around to cleaning it at the weekend after the dealerships staff had left polish all over it. Whilst I was cleaning it I noticed that the plastic/painted trim at the front of the sunroof was in more like crossover black, does anyone know if this is normal? Thought I'd ask on here before I went back to the dealership, any help would be appreciated.

Look under the bonnet and other not so visible areas this is fairly normal that clear coat isnt applied inside so to speak

Thanks for the reply Andy, I know places where the eye doesn't see doesn't get finished to the same quality, but this is where the top of the screen meets the glass roof. Say a six inch roof panel on the exterior of the vehicle.

did you ever get this sorted? or find out whether it was right or not?

Haven't had chance to get to the dealer when service department is open for them to check it out yet, there's a couple of other things for them to look at so should really get it booked in with them.
