HI Guys
Can any one help I have a 1.9d Ducato 10 Van Year 2000 and have changed the Glow pugs because it has been hard starting in the cold mornings however this has not cured the problem. it has been suggested that the problem could be the Relay. however as there is no manual that shows the position of the relay i am at a loss can any one help

Hi So I found the Relay large unit bolted to the bulk head by the battery changed it. But is there something I am missing? As I turn the ignition on Timer Light switches on the dash and after a while goes out but still there appears to be no power getting to the glow plugs had a test lamp onto the lead that goes to the glow plugs. can any one help as I dont want to start stripping out the wiring loom. any help would be greatly appreciated most. the van runs great when started and as it is cranking over there is white unburnt smoke coming from the exhaust.
