How often should you be changing your Oil and Filters and other regular checks replacements???? I have a 2004 Panda Dynamic with 68,000 on the clock .

I think the oil & filter changes are every 12000 miles or twelve months. I tend to change mine early - around 6000 miles for an oil change, then get the dealer to do the oil & filter every 12000 miles, as I seem to do a lot of urban driving and short journeys. My car is still under warranty so I certainly won't go over the recommended figures.

A dealer check every 12000 miles /12 months seems pretty reasonable, the oil/inspection service is about £125.00 or so for the Panda, presumably plus parts...

Having seen what comes out of a new bike engine after 1000 miles I think regular oil changes are cheap insurance..

Yes, service every 12k. The £125 is plus parts, so the service for my Multijet cost about £240 all in  I reckon if you were competent you could do youself for about £40-50 all in.
If you don't do a lot of milage, or you do a lot of city driving, an oilchange every 6k won't hurt.
