Hi
I have a strange fault, my 2009 Panda Mamy has started talking Italian to me. I know this is due to the bluandme, hands free system. I need to update the language which is supposidly done via a download (which I have) and a USB port which does not exist, well I've turned my car inside out and I can't find it.

If you do know how I can update the language on my radio (bluandme) and, where can I find the elusive USB port, that is hidden away somewhere in the car, then please please help me. And i garuntee, you will have been far more help than our local fiat main dealer.

I,m sorry to say, but our new car might have to be a Ford, at least they return enquiries.

Thank for your help

Not sure why you're getting so stressed about it, it seems like a RTFM issue.

Have you read the owner's manual for Blue and Me? Specifically page 5.

When pairing for the first time, the message
“Accoppiare l’apparecchio” (pair kit)
will be heard (the message will always be
in Italian since it is the default language).
