I used seats from a MK2 which is more or less a fiat 500 with ford badges. Which is why it was quite easy to swap over. The original KA was a totally different animal and may or may not fit.

The mk1 Ka was based on some ancient Fiesta, so there's little to no chance that the seats would fit in a Panda without some serious fiddling. The mk2 Ka, however, shares its underpinnings with the mk3 Panda, so its seats are far easier to fit.

Other easy-ish options are: Fiat 500 seats, Chrysler/Lancia Ypsilon seats or different mk3 Panda seats, such as the black and grey "sports" seats from the 100HP.
