I have got rid of my 10 plate EVO GP and purchased a used Fiat Panda Cross 1.3 Diesel with 12k on the clock what a truly remarkable car it is, I have owned it for 2 weeks now and am just amazed at the fuel consumption for such a heavy small car.(y)
I had a bit of fun with it off road in Derbyshire on the 4x4 lanes and just so impressed the way it deals with any surface. Any other people got a Cross; I am just interested in you thoughts on the car.

I have owned a Cross for almost 3 years and 20,000 miles. I still enjoy driving it, especially on country lanes where the small size comes into its own. The lack of acceleration doesn't really worry me as I don't go very fast these days.
Just wait until you get a decent fall of snow, then you will really enjoy the car as all the other fake off-roaders on fat Summer tyres grind to a halt and you sail past them.

Had mine for nearly a year now, great wee motor. Just had a week away on the Outer Hebrides visiting 23 islands in 8 days carrying four adults inc luggage...good fun....(y)

Seen here playing in some serious snow in Glen Quaich ...:)

I have had my panda cross for just 2 weeks now, love it to bits. my cross is called Kermit because he's green! not my first choice of colour but I am getting used to it. He's a 58 reg and has done 27,000 miles. my previous 56 reg 1.2 panda 4x4 is now for sale.
I noticed an invoice in the paperwork for new rear trim I have had a look and can see no sign of accident damage but the rest of the trim - the deep cream panels that go all around, seem to be coming away slightly so water could get down the back. I would not have noticed until I washed the car if I had not been looking closely. has anyone had this problem? still under warranty.

Coolcarbon, very nice picture, I heard the Cross was good but wow!!
Can’t believe I am saying this but I can’t wait for the bad weather especially the snow!! doctorchris pointed out the lack of acceleration my one seem well zippy, I was expecting a snail pace acceleration after reading the 18 second to 60mph but I am more than happy with it, (I think a few of my tooth fillings have come loose over the past 2 weeks though lol) I will say it again what a great little car.
Here are just a few pictures of the many I have taken!

Hey it's not just Cross's that do well in the snow :p

I laughed when I saw someone try to take that spot the next day. Couldn't even get his front wheel up the pile of snow :ROFLMAO: He gave up and I took the spot :D

Yes, it is really a fantastic vehicle totally underated by alot of car reveiwers. Got a tuning box on mine which boosts the power nicely(y)

That's a wicked set of pics. I love how mischieveous Fiat owners can be. Ive never had exactly the same model as mine park by me but when i had a Mk2 Punto i parked it next to two other Puntos & then when i got back a forth had joined us. Love it!

Was it the lady who was laughing who had parked by you?
