Hi , recently purchased 2014 TA 4x4 , there is difficulty selecting 3rd up or down under load , anyone had this problem ? Any ideas how to rectify ?

In your shoes would have gearbox looked at by specialist. Other 5 gears including reverse if fine are worth saving. Cheaper to rebuild 3rd gear than have new gearbox. Let us know how you get on.
