Thought I would re-post in the Panda section about the climate control issues that the 500’s suffer with as the panda’s share the same heater box. The problem is when the heater will only blow hot or cold (usually cold). This is due to a small drive breaking off a heater flap that’s part of the whole heater box which if any of you have experienced you will know how expensive this is to have fixed. Costs can be anything up to £1700. I’m trying out a new in place repair without the need to remove the dash or heater box. I’m offering this service for £150 inc vat.
