Dear Fiat Panda experts, please give your advice: my 2014 Panda is experiencing some interesting trouble with it's air re-circulation. When I activate the internal air re-circulation the "valve" (sorry, not sure what exactly it is called, actuator?) opens up but it is as if the motor tries to pull the moving part to far back and it continues to force it for a second or so. I have uploaded a video which will make this clearer:

The video was taken underneath the dashboard on the driver's side.

Is there any quick fix for this? What is happening here and what can I do about it? Your advice will be much appreciated!! Let me know if you require any additional info

Hi.
Not had the issue as yet on the Panda but I've had the flap come off on other cars, one had little lugs that has broken and I managed to araldite a cocktail stick onto it as a hinge.
It's probably a strip down to see what's happened.
