i'm looking for a new panda cross TwinAir or JTD. If i Buy one of those i want to tune it a little.
But i can't find any information about which gearbox is used and what the max torque of the gearboxes is.


may'by someone can tell my what is safe to go without putting to much strength on the drivetrain

I don't know about the 4x4 gearboxes, but there are 3 gearboxes in use on FWD cars:
I reckon 4x4's have the same gearbox with just a 4x4 attachment for the rear axle.

* M20 200 Nm 1.3 JTDm 70hp, 1.3 JTDm 90hp.

* C510.5 300 Nm 1.3 JTDm 85hp, 1.9 JTDm 8v, 1.4 T-Jet 120hp, 1.4 Multi Air 135hp.

* C514.6 300 Nm 0.9 Twin Air, 1.4, 1.4 Multi Air.
