Hi....(Please do not remove it or move to classifield at the moment as it's not selling now it's more saving:)

As some of you know I bought grey Panda Sergio Tacchini....today I've checked all car around and under....
and I think I can't do all that things on my own in place where I live and with tools I've got...so maybe one of you would like to keep it and get it back on the road. If not I think I'll keep some spare parts and send it to the last way...
There is list of her problems:
- cluch. I tried to adjust it but it's still not good, so it needs doing.
- thermostat,
- driver door lock is missing,
- wiper arm is from another car (it's too long) and there is no "time" wiper and it stops wherever you switch it off
- fog light doesn't work (MOT fail, I didn't check what is wrong)
- rear reg plate doesn't work (MOT fail - I didn't check it)
- bumpers need some properly fitting (MOT fail)
- there is some rust all over the car (smal and big spots)
- O/S wheel arch has been fixed but it's awful and need doing again....
- and ofcourse o/s rear suspiension mount (MOT fail) it's very, very bad but needs properly welding and also part of the sill needs rebuild...
- tailgate lock cover is cracked
- all paint need good polish...
There is very good handbrake...foot brake is OK, but pedal is going very deep(low). Seller said that there was no problem on MOT...
There's new exhaust system (looks like it's all new-maybe 6 months)
Inside there are some tears on seats and passenger seat's got stain...need good washing.
- I thing fuel level sensor might be broken....
- O/S/F tyre is too low (MOT fail)
- rear window heating is not working.
I think I told you about everything.
There is link with all pictures:
www.jangcy.prv.pl/Pandasergio I'm sorry about adverbs but it's free site.
...
TAX runs out at the end of February but MOT expired so she can't be driven...
It cost me 60 pounds...and that what I would like to get...

It could be still worth to fix her for someone and maybe sell it or keep but it takes more time and much more job than I thought...I have to keep it at backyarr in my job place and I can't keep it to long:(

Anybody fancy?

Jakub

Poor thing, it's led a hard life:( you've been busy with the camera there!!! Still looks like a good buy from here but only as easily £60 worth of bits:( that back corner is a mess. Was it not supposed to be a low mileage? that interior's way more worn than mine and mine's showing 120 odd thousand:confused:
If anyone wants to save it good luck but if not I'll give you £60 for half an hour scavenging bits before you s***p it.
Actually, we never got to have a go at MEP's 750 at Gaydon, how about an impromptu meet in the York area, bring a socket set and you sell tickets. Probably a tidy profit there;)

It's 50k on the clock and 43k and 47k on last MOT...so either somebody changed clocks long time ago or it's the most worn interior (and rest) I've seen.... :(

:) I like it...

Anyway I'm going abroad for week (27.01-04.02) so I can't do anything till I back...then we can get what's good and send rest to sc*:bang:yard
or will se if anybody else wants all....

sorry:eek: just reread that post and it sounds really callous, really sorry that car looks so bad it would have been nice to have another sergio on the forum but that much rot in the shell is not gonna be easy to cure.
Kev still fancy a pop??
some of it looks quite nice, is that an intact timing belt cover:eek:, is the clock right more than twice a day?;)

is the clock right more than twice a day?;)
looks like it works....I'll check tomorrow and next time....

timing belt cover looks OK aswell (but it's old type....one piece)

...any saturday after I back could be good for me for some organ's donation meeting....;)

Great amount of detail in the pic's!!!!..(y)...but....looks like a bit too much for me to cope with... It would be great to have another Sergio on the forum...They look so cool..

Such a shame the inside is worn as that is quite important..plus a missing badge can't be easy to find..Still £60 is a very good price..the clock has to be worth £10-15 alone..Good luck with whatever you do with it...

the same for me :( ....

firstcar-Y10 - Have you been interested in interior??(I don't remember...)
...there is somebody on forum;) who would like to keep carpet...

BTW

I'm away untill 04.02.09...(not easy access to internet)...

interior yes I am missing some bits and would be interested in rear side panels particularly, possibly dash hammock, door panels etc but carpet I'm fine, if someone else wants it go for it(y).
how far can it be stripped 'cause I could do with a rear axle after my pre Gaydon thread stripping antics:eek:

There is shelf but somebody made holes for speakers cables...

Oh yeah....
I think...I have to leave it on wheels (more less)....

...I think it must be on wheels...if not it could be difficult to send it to scrapyadr....

One's that took ours just lifted it out of the drive (thank god I wasn't there to see it ), and some insist wheels are taken off because they have to pay for disposal of the tyres otherwise.
