I live in Bangalore, India. I have owned a Palio 1.2 Sport since 2002. I have made small modifications on my car by changing the Air Filter to a K&N Filter and also have changed the Muffler to a 2" Free Flow, locally fabricated Stainless Steel Exhaust. The performance has definetely gone up after modifications. The power flow is much more linear in the First and the Second gear. I am now seriously looking out for a Exhaust Header Kit which is supposed to increase the performance further. The guy who has changed the Filter and the Exhaust has adviced me not to change the Header and has warned me of a drastic drop in mileage, if I do. I would like to hear from somebody who has changed the Header. I would also like to know if ready Header kits are available.
