hi have 1976 fiat 131 ohv took distributor out to get points in was a lot easier and forgot to mark distributor. put distributor back now wont run any help appreciated thanks in advance gordon

did you set the timing at no 1 plug first with the timing marks lined up? if not,set the engine to this.it is either right after this or 180 degrees out[that is one revolution].this does not matter.all it will do is fire off no 4 plug.if you have set the timing at no 1 and it does not fire,then swap the HT LEADS OVER or reset the dizzy at no 4.hope this is clear for you.a common problem ive seen dozens of time. good luck.any problems let me know.i will try to guide you through.
