Hi I have a Fiat Scudo 1.9 turbo it is a 2000 year and i think this is the XUD Engine?.
It has been progressivly getting hard started over the past few months taking about 3 goes on the key, First i thought glow plugs but should have known 1 or 2 glow plugs gone would have mean it at least should fire on on 1 or 2 cylinders. I cracked open an injector pipe and noticed there is no diesel the hand primer is very stiff to squeeze but there seams to be a drizzle of diesel out the pipe with banjo connection on top of pump. The cut off solenoid is clicking when switched on and there is 11.8 volts. Is see other people on here talking about imobiliser just wondering does this model and year have one, i see other wires going to the pump i think advance retard is there something else electrical in this pump that can be causing problem.
