My wife’s daily commuter and school run mobile is a 2011 Abarth 500. Sorry to be asking this as I am sure it will have been covered before.

Recently the odometer started to flash and after a few weeks of this, the battery died after a long weekend.
After doing some reading I went to try the Bluetooth controls on the steering wheel and they didn’t work. I stuck a new battery in it and took it to my friends garage and we attempted a proxi alignment but it failed. After clearing the failures we were left with U173387 - Convergence telematics module-missing message.
Does anybody have any advice on what to look at next whilst avoiding the dealership if possible?
Is the convergence module the canbus ID for the Blue & Me module?
I am thinking of finding the B&M module so that I can get the part number off it and see if I can find one on eBay. So far I haven’t seen many available. Does anybody have a guide to remove the module?

Any advice would be gratefully received. I am new to this forum so apologies if this info is elsewhere.
