500 Is it possible to upgrade the infotainment system to include satnav?

I've just bought a 2016 Fiat 500 1.2 Lounge (in Epic Blue), and was wondering if it's possible to either upgrade the infotainment centre to have satnav or swap it out for another unit whether does.
